Ingredients
15 g of green onions/scallions
1 clove of garlic
7 g fresh ginger
23 ml soy sauce
15 ml Hoisin sauce
15 ml olive oil
1/4 lemon juice
pepper
300 g salmon fillet
Preparation
STEP 1Marinate
STEP 2Fine chop the green onion and garlic, then put them in a soup plate. Add grated ginger, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, oil, lemon juice and pepper. Whisk with
STEP 3With a fork, whisk all these ingredients together. There is no need to add salt since the sauces are already salty.
STEP 4Place the salmon on the plate, turning it to coat it with the marinade.
STEP 5Cover and let stand either 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
STEP 6Bake in oven
STEP 7Heat oven to 190ºC/375ºF.
STEP 8Remove salmon from marinade, shake off excess and place skin side down on a baking sheet.
STEP 9Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook on the barbecue.
STEP 10 Check for doneness with a fork. Lift the fish with a metal spatula, sliding it between the flesh and the skin. Leave the skin on the plate and serve.
